Julia Barraford-Temel

Julia is a non-profit executive and a previous educator with 15 years of experience in the U.S. and abroad. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati; and worked for four non-profits -most recently as the Senior Director of Program Management at a New York-based technology education firm, Mouse Inc. She has also been organically involved in OTEA since its founding in 1999 as the daughter of its co-founders Dan and Cate Barraford. Her background in community initiatives, customer service, and nonprofits is closely aligned to our mission to support our members' access to lower energy costs.
